Austraila Has Gone Mean

It’s no longer allowed to bring a much-loved Teddy Bear to the hospital, if the bear’s People is sick! They’re afraid of germs! How silly! We love our Peoples. We may hate b-a-t-h-s, BUT we can become germless, if needed!

”      If your bear can take a washer and dryer, we will, if it means we can help give comfort.

”      Dry cleaners can steam clean us, if worse comes to worse. And then there is the toughest to take!

”      Not sure if it’s toughest on our People or us, but it is tough! Clean us, and then, once we dried, put us in a sealable bag, and put us in the freeze! Three days in a freezer will kill off any leftover germs, AND the bag will give us a little warmth from the freezing part. Of course, not much warmth, so we’ll need extra hugs afterwards, but then again, hugging is our best way to take good care of our Peoples!

Soooo, Australia – reconsider your ruling and end the madness! Sick in the hospital with no Teddy Bear?! How will that ever help?!
